1 — How do I make a purchase?

You can make your payment using your Credit or Debit card.

 

2 — Shipping costs?

An extra $3 SGD will be applied as we ship strictly via registered mail (Singapore Only). You will get a tracking number sent to your e-mail so you can stalk it until it arrives. We don't want any lost mail! 

For orders $40 SGD and above, shipping is free. Yes, I repeat. Shipping is free.

As for international orders, we are still working on it. Sorry <3

 

3 — Packing?

We pack everything with care. Your item will be packed in a nice olive coloured paper with a fancy schmancy seal and encased in bubble wrap. So fret not as your item will arrive perfect.

 

4 — Shipping duration?

In stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days upon receipt of payment. It will take 3 to 7 working days for you to get your item.

 

5 — Wrong order?

We make sure everything is double checked and shipped correctly. In an event which you received a wrong item. We will send you your correct order and you get to keep whatever wrong order you received previously. 

 

6 — Who are you guys and where are you from?

We are a group of designers with very crafty fingers who are from a planet called Earth and based in a country called Singapore.

9 — Do you do custom notebooks? Lets say for an event or a company themed gift? 

Yes! We can mix and match different coloured thread with any colour paper you wish along with the number of pages. If you have a bulk order, we can also give you a bulk price. As long as your requests are doable, we will deliver! We just love making custom stuff!
